Ok so I got a bit off track this past week and it has shown in my workouts. I got on the exercise bike and didn’t last more than 10 minutes. I’m giving up alcohol! Must do! I believe it’s what’s holding my progress back. So starting today no more drinking. Ok well it’s bfast time!
