Ashamed yet reborn
I haven’t written in awhile cause I have just been so ashamed of myself. Got off track with my food and exercise.
On Sunday I was hanging out with some guy friends and went for Greek food. Well then that turned into lets go to the bar. We sat and drank at the bar for 4 hours! Then went to Perrys Steakhouse (very high end) and I got a steak with some asparagus…wasn’t that bad...
