My daily workout routine

First I just want to say that if you ever feel dizzy, sick, faint from doing any certain type of workout, please contact your doctor!

My daily workout routine is pretty simple.

6:30AM: Wake up and drink a whole glass of water. I then turn on my P90X and 10 minutes of Arms, 10 minutes of Abs, and 10 minutes Legs.

7:30AM: After my shower…this is my time to eat breakfast (protein shake with banana and strawberries), drink my green tea (after the shake), and watch some news.

8:30-5:00PM: Work work work :)

5:15: Go to my gym and here is where it gets good!

First I hop on the stationary bike for 35 minutes! LOVE this machine!

Second: I go straight to the weight area (where there is a mirror and mats) These photos are the exact arm workouts I do.

I do this over and over again until I can’t feel my arms anymore.

Third: THIS IS A MUST IN A CORE WORKOUT! I do the awesome (sarcasm) planks!

EF my life! I hate it but it’s soooo worth it!

Fourth: Squats..about 50 of them with a weights on my shoulders. Exactly like this below.

Fifth: I go around the various arm, and leg machines and do that for about 20 minutes.

Sixth and final: Just to let my body cool down a bit I hop on the treadmill and do a brisk walk for 20 minutes.

Then I get in my car a feel awesome about myself.

Here are some of the various arm and leg machines I use…

^More than 5 though. I use 15 to 20.

Yup! So that’s about it for my workout. I do it everyday for an hour and half, except Sundays. Sunday is my relax day.
